Here at RDP Group we are committed to providing the best service and support within the industry and we’ve invested heavily in both qualified staff and the infrastructure to meet that commitment.

So while we hope that you never have a reason to take advantage of our services, we nevertheless intend that if you do, you are left completely satisfied with the assistance you receive.

All our products are manufactured in our purpose-built factory in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. They all go through thorough testing and quality control before they leave our production facility. However, as with any machinery, very occasionally a fault may occur. We are committed to offering you the best warranty and after-sales support in the industry and provide all RDP customers with technical support for the lifetime of their product.

Hardware Support

We are happy to provide help and advice on all aspects of the hardware that we have supplied. If you are experiencing a problem with a third party hardware device (that RDP has not supplied) that you are attempting to install to your system, we will try to provide you with suitable guidance. You should understand however, that we do not have any specific technical knowledge or responsibilities in this area. If we are unsuccessful we may be able to refer you to the appropriate manufacturer or supplier and will try and give you some contact information to help you do this.

How long will it take to repair?

From initial contact, we will respond to your query within 60 minutes. If the problem cannot be rectified from this initial response, an engineer will attend the site and fix the problem within 5 working days.

99% of cases result in a single visit and repairs will be completed on-site, however on the rare occasion where specialist parts are needed, a second visit may be required.

What does the Warranty not cover?

Physical damage (however caused), theft, loss of data and data corruption, general wear and tear and software issues.

Battery Warranty

All of our powered products are fitted with LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries with SENSA-LiFe™ technology. These are covered under our no-quibble guarantee for a 5 years. The ability of all rechargeable batteries to hold their charge will eventually decrease with time and therefore a battery is considered to be faulty where it fails to power the machine following a full charging cycle.
